Description

The CC-RSS module is a smart heating unit controller designed to extend the life of heating elements such as quartz lamps.
The soft start by the phase angle, combined with a power relay allows a large load capacity for minimal heating.
Protected by a watertight case (IP65) made of polycarbonate, it’s designed for outdoor and indoor installations.

Easy to use, its operation is controlled by a momentary switch with a light. We propose the use of CCSW-DCFB-1B switch from Cristal Controls but other switches with similar characteristics can also be used.
*Some minor adjustments to other products may be required to ensure optimum operation.
The CC-RSS feeds on the same electrical circuit as the heating unit to control. It can switch up to 20A resistive load (4.8kW to 240Vac).
The heating time can be set for periods of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 12 hours.
