The LS-Slave by Cristal Controls allows you to control relays from the BACnet network. A LS-Slave card has 8 relay outputs. Four types of input are available: 0-5 VDC, 4-20 mA, external temperature sensor (-43 °C to 50 °C) of the NTC 10K type and a temperature sensor (10 °C to 60 °C) of the NTC 10K type (see 5.4 for the supported curve). A modulating output is present on the card but is not used in this programming.

The LS-Slave card is used as input / output without output management logic. It allows a BACnet controller to use its inputs and outputs to control different components connected to the LS-Slave. The LS-Slave can be configured so that it closes its output in the event of loss of communication.
